about my journey and my realization? Agreed! With the modern hectic life style that we lead, we hardly have time to eat a meal fully focused on it. To read a book that an unknown has written
does not really fit into your schedule. I can relate to that, as we all are in the same boat trying to multitask, running from task to task,
city to city, flight to flight, work to home and eventually come home dead tired. We have difficulty falling asleep. We wake up
every morning hitting the same alarm snooze button ten times, till the nightmare of a looming deadline shocks our brains into getting out of bed to the bathroom to a drive-in coffee shop, we
skip breakfast and head straight to work. We work like crazy, eat at our desk at lunch, come home battling work traffic, eat big dinners and spend any time left over with the family or TV and
then go to bed. Is there a problem here?
Is this really the best way to live life? Is this roller coaster ride any fun? Have you noticed that we have not taken a single break to give maintenance time to our bodies and minds? We are
simply running our lives on a 24*7 cycle. We take the time to service our cars on schedule every few thousand miles.
